Boxing & Coach have played a big role in helping me overcome a lot of my mental health issues. Also, Coach is hilarious – an endless source of funny moments. Even though I have stopped boxing for the foreseeable future, I will continue training with Coach by taking twice weekly conditioning and weightlifting classes with him. Hopefully, we’ll share many other hilarious moments together!
